Hey, I’m Moksha!
I'm a product designer obsessed with details and energized by ambiguity. Across health, weather, and enterprise platforms reaching 200M+ users, I bring strategic craft to every stage - research, journey mapping, systems, shipping - untangling messy problems into experiences that just work. I believe design should facilitate, not frustrate. I love translating the complex into the clear!
I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at MyFitnessPal. I have previously worked at The Weather Channel, IBM, AVOXI, Ogilvy, and freelanced for startups and entrepreneurs. I hold an MFA in Graphic Design and Visual Experience from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I was named Excelsus Laureate.
Day Job
I grew up in Bombay, India, and now live in Sacramento, California. I consume way too much coffee, love hiking with my husband & dog, reading fiction, doodling, making lists, catching concerts, traveling the world, and performing professionally as a Fusion Dancer. I have the coolest party tricks; just ask my friends!

Testimonials
Moksha is an exceptional designer and an extraordinary teammate. When I hired her at The Weather Company, I knew she was incredibly talented - but I quickly realized she brought so much more. She embodies a true growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to push beyond her comfort zone, welcoming feedback, and embracing experimentation, even when it means failing fast to learn faster. She holds herself to the highest standard of excellence, seamlessly blending technical expertise with artistic sensibility - like an elegant dancer (which, fittingly, she is). The result? Thoughtful, beautiful, and impactful solutions that consistently deliver value to both users and the business. Working with Moksha was a privilege - not just because of her talent, but because of the way she elevates everyone around her. Any team would be lucky to have her, and I have no doubt she will continue to do incredible things in her career.
Dee Mustafa-Bowne, Director of Design at Method
Moksha is truly one of those rare collaborators who elevates every project she touches. She deeply understands our goals, brings exceptional design instincts, and consistently delivers high-quality work at speed. Her creativity shows up not just in new ideas, but in the thoughtful, user-centered approaches she brings to every problem we’re trying to solve. What I appreciate most about Moksha is her combination of reliability and initiative. When our team needed support, she stepped in seamlessly; coordinating cross-functional partners, keeping momentum behind key work streams moving forward. She has strong instincts and insights that strengthen our decision-making - her voice makes the work better.
Jennifer Nucci, Principal Product Manager at MyFitnessPal
Moksha is a stellar designer and leader who takes her professional growth seriously. The command of her voice and conviction for doing the right thing is always well balanced with her ability to take feedback in stride and incorporate it to improve on desired outcomes. She is truly collaborative in this sense. It’s exciting to watch her work and learn new mediums. I've quickly realized there is nothing Moksha can't do when given a problem to solve. I also love how much of herself she gives back. Her passion for people is contagious. Whether she's mentoring, getting involved in the design community, or welcoming a new team member, she gives of herself authentically and unapologetically.
